We collect a full rental application along with a $40 rental application fee from the potential resident. This $40 fee is used to perform a comprehensive background check that includes a full credit history, employment and income verification, past tenancy history, criminal check, and even a Social Security fraud check. The application fee must be paid with Cash, or Money Order.
