| We collect a full rental application along with a $35 rental application fee from the potential resident. This $35 fee is used to perform a comprehensive background check that includes a full credit history, employment and income verification, past tenancy history, criminal check, and even a Social Security fraud check. The application fee can be paid with Cash, Cashier's check, or Money Order.
