A: Yes, We Accept ACH "eCheck" only
Q: If P&S Property Management accepts pets, what are my responsibilities? A: In properties where pets are allowed, $25.00 per month for the first and $35 per month for (2) two pets. Some owners may require higher pet fees and/or restrictions, which will be disclosed at time of application.
The cost of any damage resulting from pets (including but not limited to, flea infestation, soiled or damaged carpet, damaged doors, walls, fences, lawns, and lost rent due to any of the above will be deducted from the security deposit, or charged to the tenant if the security deposit should be insufficient to cover the costs of damages. The tenant is responsible for spraying for fleas during the lease term and upon vacating the property the tenant needs to show proof of a professional company has sprayed for fleas.
