We have a new referral program affected immediately.
The referral program guidelines are as follow.
1. First come first serve.
2. Perspective tenant MUST give your name, so that we can credit the referral to you.
3. The referral credit is $100.
4. The perspective tenant must be approved, move in and pay their first month's rent to qualify for the referral credit.
5. Referral credit can be paid in cash or deducted off of the following month's rent which ever you prefer.
6. A maximum of two referral credits can be used in any given month.
7. There are no maximum amounts of credits you can accumulate, but they have to be used within six months of issuing.
